Timely client retention and growth of the product portfolio for assigned clients through support from business units. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance (in progress or completed), or completed high school education. * Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service and/or client care. * Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably within the financial sector. * Minimum 2 years of experience with Premier products and services. * AMIB certification. * Knowledge of markets and external regulations. * Knowledge of financial mathematics. * Familiarity with branch operational systems and procedures. * Intermediate English language proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Business identification and development. * Portfolio management. * Passion for sales. * Client needs identification. * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. **Skills:** * Customer- and sales-oriented. * Teamwork. * Results-driven / Problem-solving. * Situational management and negotiation skills. * Excellent communication skills. * Adaptability to change, organization, and punctuality. * Ability to build rapport with clients. **We offer:** Direct employment by the Bank.
