Training Assistant
**Job Objective:** Provide administrative support for training, integration events, and sports activities designed for all employees. **Key Responsibilities:** * Greet employees or visitors arriving at the office and direct them according to their needs. * Prepare briefings containing information required by the Training Department, such as birthdays, work anniversaries, executive duty schedules, daily menus, red rules, score reports, hotel information, department owners, and training sessions. * Prepare a monthly birthday calendar for all business units. * Prepare BEOs (Banquet Event Orders) for activities conducted by the Training Department. * Produce videos of activities carried out, to be displayed on office televisions so employees can stay informed about what is happening within our facilities. * Develop an occupational safety course. * Deliver onboarding training to newly hired employees. * Deliver company policy-related training courses. * Monitor activities carried out by the Human Resources Department. * Disseminate information to employees regarding upcoming activities via posters or televisions, as well as invitations and email notifications. * Monitor employees wishing to undertake internships in other departments. * Track external internship requests to assign interns to designated departments and maintain their personnel files. Management Assistant
**General Objective:** Assist the General Manager in the daily execution of departmental, administrative, and operational functions, such as payroll management, purchase requisitions, development of work plans, innovation, and proposals for improvement in the implementation of future departmental projects. **Key Responsibilities:** * Report to the General Manager any operational updates and/or special situations related to hotel operations. * Take meeting minutes. * Follow up on pending tasks for both executives and the General Manager. * Manage and organize the General Manager’s schedule. * Perform duties—whether directly or indirectly related to the position—as required by operational needs and instructions from the General Manager. * Prepare and deliver requested reports and presentations. * Review Qualtrics feedback and follow up with executives as necessary. * Assist the General Manager with departmental administrative tasks, including payroll processing, warehouse requisitions and procurement, and forms requested by other departments. * Administer tools and supplies under one’s responsibility to support assigned activities. * Follow up on tasks assigned by the General Manager. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field. * Minimum of one year of verifiable experience in similar positions. * Advanced computer skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Advanced Excel skills. * Personnel management experience. * Advanced English proficiency, including writing, reading, and speaking. * In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry. * Excellent guest service skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Results- and goal-oriented mindset. * Ability to follow instructions accurately. * Confidentiality.
