If you're passionate about process improvement and mentoring others, this is your opportunity to make an impact. **Careers Packed with Potential.** Backed by 45\+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on. **Position Responsibilities** * Oversee daily Credit and Cash Application operations, providing guidance and ensuring quality execution of finance activities for 20\+ professionals. * Collaborate with the Cash Applications and Credit functions to design policies for optimal customer service and efficiency. * Develop credit procedures to maximize cash flow and reduce financial risk. * Coordinate and perform internal audits within the department to assess process improvements, individual performance and coaching opportunities. **Minimum Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
