ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT OBJECTIVE: To quantitatively and qualitatively analyze and interpret financial information for monetary decision-making. REQUIREMENTS: Certified Public Accountant or Government Accountant; Bachelor’s degree in Finance, LAE, or related field; minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting and taxation; knowledge of Tax Laws and Government Accounting Law; proficiency in Microsoft Office, CONTPAQ, banking portals, and SAACG. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- General Accounting for Legal Entities \- Budget Preparation \- Analysis of income, purchases, and expenses versus budgets. \- Accounts Payable, control, and electronic fund transfers. \- Petty Cash Control \- Monthly Closing; provisions, amortizations, bank reconciliations, balance sheet account clean-up. \- Preparation of Financial Statements and monthly reports. \- Calculation, submission, and payment of federal and state taxes. \- Annual Tax Return. REQUIRED SKILLS: Planning, creativity, interpersonal relations, analysis, problem solving, and decision making. WE OFFER: Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Employment Type: Full-time. Salary: $26,000\.00 per month. Benefits: bonuses and food vouchers.
Requirements
* Required Academic Level: Bachelor’s Degree
