Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Continuous Improvement Engineer to execute and manage Lean Manufacturing projects and audit critical operational aspects. Key Highlights: 1. Strong communication, analytical, and effective presentation skills. **Junior Continuous Improvement Engineer** **Education Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering field. * TOEIC score of 350 points. * Yellow or Green Belt certification preferred. **Experience:** * 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement/Industrial Engineering/Process Engineering. * Experience leading Lean Manufacturing projects. * Proficiency in Value Stream Mapping, PDCA, and other improvement methodologies. * Production knowledge. * Familiarity with major Manufacturing and Quality Systems. * Functional knowledge of AI tools. **Skills:** * Leadership. * Teamwork. * Communication across all organizational levels. * Results-oriented. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Analytical and synthetic thinking. * Effective presentation skills. * Advanced Excel proficiency. **Personal and Professional Values:** * Honesty and integrity. * 100% punctuality. **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** * Ensure reliability of the performance indicator measurement system. * Execute and manage Lean Manufacturing projects. * Conduct audits of critical operational aspects.
