The Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising personnel assigned to the third shift, ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with quality standards and established deadlines. The ideal candidate must demonstrate solid experience in managing process integration operations, with skills to lead teams and resolve problems effectively. A proactive attitude and the ability to work under pressure are required, ensuring consistent achievement of shift objectives.
