This combination creates an environment where ideas develop faster, accountability is real, and impact is visible. **YOUR ROLE:** Join the Payment Resolution team to manage analysis of supplier statements, identify payment discrepancies, and coordinate follow-up with internal areas (receiving, production control, procurement, and Accounts Payable) as well as communication with suppliers to ensure timely resolution of overdue or discrepant payments. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze supplier statements. * Request documentation (invoice, proof of delivery or pick up, packing slip, etc.) from suppliers when necessary. * Follow up and respond to suppliers within a maximum of three business days. * Coordinate follow-up on missing payments (Good receipts) with the production control or plant receiving teams. * Follow up on price discrepancies with buyers. * Maintain updated internal databases and reports for the area. * Request and process advance payments or transfers to Accounts Payable to quickly resolve overdue payments when necessary. **YOUR EXPERIENCE:** * Not mandatory but desirable prior experience in: Internships or trainee roles in finance, accounts payable, or procurement. * Supplier management and administrative follow-up. * Analysis of reports or basic reconciliations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled university student in: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Written and spoken English proficiency at 80% level. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially intermediate Excel: filters, tables, basic formulas such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables desirable). * Basic knowledge of SAP ERP or any ERP system desirable. * General understanding of billing and payment administrative processes. * Teamwork skills. **WHY JOIN US?** * Grow with purpose.
