Being part of a team focused on achieving objectives. **EXTERNAL OPENING: ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT** **Client Location:** Chihuahua, Chihuahua. **Work Modality:** On-site **Schedule:** Monday to Friday A prominent e-commerce sector group, experiencing continuous growth, is seeking to integrate an **Accounting Assistant with solid experience in general and customs accounting.** We seek a goal-oriented individual with strong concentration ability, empathy, and ease in teamwork, who will actively contribute to the company’s administrative and financial areas. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting or related field. * Minimum verifiable experience of **3 years in general accounting**. * Proficiency in CONTPAQi or other accounting systems. * Intermediate English. * Experience in customs accounting. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Prior experience in accounting firms, tax calculation, and payroll processing. * Experience using Odoo. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Recording accounting journal entries. * Bank reconciliations. * Invoicing. * Analysis and presentation of financial information. * Review and collection of tax receipts (income and expenses). * Payments to suppliers and other disbursements. * Support in general accounting activities within the administrative area. * Implementation and operation of accounting within the accounting system. **WE OFFER (by the client)** * Net salary: **$15,000 to $17,000 per month**. * Statutory benefits. * **Job stability**. * **Dynamic work environment** and **professional growth opportunities**. **ABOUT THE PROCESS** This recruitment process is managed by **Manuel Nevárez y Asociados, S.C.**, so you will be in direct contact with our team throughout the evaluation, interview, and follow-up stages.
