**Position:** Operations Manager **Area:** Operations **Positions reporting to this role:** N/A **Gender:** Indistinct **Minimum experience:** 1+ **Desired education:** Bachelor's degree or technical career in Clinical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Biologist Chemist, or related field. **Knowledge:** MRP management, test processing, knowledge of laboratory reagents and equipment **Job objective:** Execute service delivery to laboratories by collecting, controlling, and supplying orders, monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, conducting inventory checks at sites and warehouses, performing monthly cutoffs of tests performed at assigned Medical Units, as well as collecting signatures for referrals, invoices, and/or any other required documentation to ensure effective service delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct monthly collection of orders and inventory of reagents, tests, and supplies at assigned Medical Units. * Transport samples inter-hospital for outsourcing. * Substitute for the route manager during campaigns, performing the blood bank route. * Periodically visit assigned Medical Units to follow up on material shortages. * Collect and follow up on failure reports for analyzer equipment and/or peripheral devices. * Timely prepare and submit monthly cutoffs of reagents and tests for billing purposes. * Assist in collecting signatures for funded referrals and invoices. * Prepare and/or update custody records for analyzer and/or peripheral equipment provided on loan to sites. * Facilitate supply, exchange, or transfer of materials to sites with low or no inventory. * Report and follow up on maintenance and service needs for the vehicle or transportation unit assigned to their responsibility. * Compile, review, and submit all required documentation for monthly client billing at TADEO to the respective required entities. * Safeguard with strict responsibility and care all work tools or financial resources assigned for the performance of their duties. * Apply and monitor national and international regulations applicable to the use and handling of analyzer, computer equipment, and software within their scope of responsibility.
