We currently maintain commercial alliances with major automotive brands.” Join our team as a: “Systems Support Technician” * Systems, Electronics, or related Engineering degree. * Technical knowledge in IT. * Proficiency in Office spreadsheet applications (Excel). Responsibilities: * Database updates in databases. * Review and diagnosis of technical issues with computers and network equipment. * Software updates and maintenance (operating systems, corporate applications). * Management of internet connectivity issues, minimizing interruptions. * Minor repair and maintenance of mobile and computing devices. * Coordination with external vendors for major equipment repairs. * Management and control of Eero. * Delivery and configuration of computing equipment, cell phones, and other devices for new hires. * Supervision of the return of cell phones and computers when an employee leaves the company.
