Be part of our team and contribute to a safer digital environment—apply today. **Responsibilities** * Develop scalable IAM security infrastructures * Architect comprehensive and reliable security systems * Ensure integration projects adhere to security protocols and standards * Collaborate with organizational teams to align security with business needs * Train colleagues in leading security practices * Create and enforce IAM system policies * Monitor advancements in security technology * Resolve complex security\-related challenges * Build and execute strategic IAM roadmaps * Manage authentication and federation platforms * Safeguard applications and systems across multiple environments **Requirements** * At least 3 years with Ping AIC, ACI, PingOne Protect and Verify * Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, or Python development * Understanding of AD or comparable LDAP Directory Services * Knowledge of intrusion detection, security governance, and OS hardening * Deep expertise in SSO, Federation (SAML/OIDC), MFA, PKI * Familiarity with identity management concepts and cloud systems * Basic device authentication understanding * Experience mentoring teams in security standards * Ability to design long\-term security strategies * Excellent problem resolution and analytical skills * Strong interpersonal and communication abilities * Self\-sufficient working style * B2 level (Upper\-Intermediate) English **Nice to have** * Additional experience with IAM tools * Hands\-on expertise with HashiCorp Vault * Knowledge of BeyondTrust PowerBroker * Capability to trace and analyze security incidents * Real\-time response proficiency for security solutions
