Excellent work environment A prominent condominium management company is seeking: TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT (TRAINING) **Job Objective:** Provide operational and administrative support in training, education, and talent development processes, ensuring the proper implementation of internal programs and contributing to employees' professional growth. Main Responsibilities: * Assist in planning, organizing, and managing logistics for courses, workshops, and training programs. * Coordinate announcements, attendance lists, and participant follow-up. * Support the development of instructional materials and presentations. * Follow up on training evaluations and satisfaction surveys. * Update training databases and records. * Support induction and onboarding programs. * Generate reports and metrics for the department. Requirements: * Technical degree or bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in training or Human Resources (preferred). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint, Canva). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
