Design, optimize, and standardize operational and logistical processes ### **Process Engineer** ### **Tarahumara Group** **Job Objective:** Design, document, optimize, and standardize operational and logistical processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and international standards. Drive continuous improvement to increase efficiency, reduce costs and losses, guarantee quality, food safety, cold chain continuity, and OTIF compliance. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and optimize operational and supply chain processes. * Document and standardize processes (flowcharts, SIPOC, FMEA). * Implement continuous improvements to reduce losses, rework, and bottlenecks. * Monitor KPIs: losses, OTIF, fill rate, picking accuracy, temperatures, and cycle times. * Ensure FEFO/FIFO, batch traceability, and cold chain continuity. * Conduct Gemba walks, verify 5S, and operational floor safety. * Manage operational incidents and track corrective actions (CAPA). * Support internal and external audits and prepare reports. ### **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Logistics, or related field. * Experience in operational processes, logistics, or cold chain (preferred). * Knowledge of continuous improvement, KPIs, and quality tools. * Availability to work on the operational floor, in cold environments, travel, and shift rotation. ### **Working Conditions** * Work in cold environments and on the operational floor. * Occasional shift rotation during peak season. ### **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a solid and growing company. * Opportunity for development and direct participation in improving key processes. * Statutory benefits * Gross monthly salary: $13850 * Attendance bonus: 10% * Punctuality bonus: 10% * Monthly grocery vouchers: $1,150 * Additional benefits starting after 3 months
