We offer growth opportunities, training, and a positive work environment. **Job Description** At América Trade Corp., we are seeking a **Technical Assistant** to support basic service and technical assistance activities at our clients’ facilities. This is a **multifunctional** role focused on preventive maintenance and customer service—not requiring advanced technical knowledge, but demanding willingness to perform fieldwork and manual tasks. The primary objective of this position is to **maintain company-owned equipment—currently under loan agreement (comodato) with our clients—in optimal working condition**, ensuring proper functionality. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform basic maintenance on company-owned equipment installed at client sites (comodato). * Execute the maintenance schedule timely and accurately. * Complete service forms and reports as instructed during training. * Use basic tools (e.g., drill, water connections, basic electrical connections). * Provide respectful and professional customer service while complying with clients’ safety and access guidelines. * Diligently safeguard company property (soap dispensers, dilutors, tools, and work equipment). **Requirements** * Age between 22 and 30 years. * Valid driver’s license. * Minimum education: junior high school or high school diploma (preferred). * No advanced technical knowledge required. * Availability for fieldwork. * Ability to perform manual tasks. * Capacity to follow instructions. * Service-oriented attitude and courteous interaction with customers. **Desired Profile** * Responsible, honest, and hardworking individual. * Interest in practical and hands-on activities. * Commitment to caring for equipment and work materials. * Prior experience as a technical assistant, general helper, basic maintenance technician, or in manual labor is desirable—but not mandatory. **We Offer** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position. * Career growth and development within the company. * Technical training. * Job stability. * Tools and work equipment. * Positive work environment. **Work Schedule** * Full-time **\*\*\*Apply through this channel\*\*\*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,600.00 \- $13,200.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
