Job Objective Develop, produce, and host innovative and engaging multimedia content for digital platforms and social media, strengthening brand positioning, increasing audience engagement, and contributing to the company’s digital growth. The candidate will be responsible for creative planning, video recording, on-camera hosting, editing, and publishing of audiovisual content aligned with the company’s marketing and communication strategy. Main Responsibilities * Appear on camera in institutional videos, commercials, and social media content. * Host and present content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. * Generate creative ideas, storytelling concepts, and scripts for digital content. * Record and produce multimedia videos. * Edit videos in short and long formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, YouTube). * Participate in photo shoots and audiovisual productions. * Stay updated on digital trends and viral formats. * Collaborate with the marketing team on digital campaigns and strategies. * Assist with basic lighting, audio, and audiovisual equipment handling. * Organize and manage audiovisual materials. Ideal Candidate Profile * Creative, dynamic individual with strong on-camera communication skills. * Excellent attitude, initiative, and teamwork abilities. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of video editing and audiovisual production. * Interest in social media, digital trends, and content creation. * Familiarity with audiovisual editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, etc.) is desirable.
