Professional growth **Anser is seeking a Quality Assistant in La Duraznera \- San Pedro Tlaquepaque, Jalisco** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a **Quality Control Assistant** to join our team. This position will play a key role in implementing and supervising quality control processes within the carpentry workshop, ensuring that each piece complies with project drawings and established standards before shipment to construction sites. The selected candidate will work closely with the project team and carpenters, monitoring both workshop activities and subsequent lacquering processes, with the objective of ensuring furniture requires no rework on-site and product quality remains the top priority. ### **Responsibilities** * Verify that furniture complies with project drawings and specifications. * Supervise materials, finishes, and surface treatments during the carpentry process. * Resolve carpenters’ questions regarding drawings and processes. * Validate product quality at each stage: carpentry, lacquering, and delivery. * Prepare quality control reports based on supporting tables and templates. * Participate in the implementation of quality standards and best practices. ### **Requirements** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related field (recent graduates or with limited experience; technical careers in related fields are also acceptable). * **Technical knowledge:** + AutoCAD and Polyboard (for reviewing drawings and extracting tables). + Excel (charts, reports, pivot tables). + Microsoft Office suite. **Profile:** * + Proactive individual eager to learn and grow in a specialized field + Interest in implementing quality control processes from scratch + Knowledge of quality control processes ### **We Offer** * Training in wood and carpentry processes * Direct learning opportunity with expert leaders in the field * Professional growth \- Prior workshop experience is not required \- * MXN 12,000 monthly \+ statutory benefits * Address: Periférico Oriente 753 B, La Duraznera, Tlaquepaque * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 1 PM **Desired education level:** Higher education \- degree holder **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Furniture *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=699f3299400000490001abbd\&source\=indeed*
