Job Summary: We are seeking Engineers or Architects for BIM modeling in high-rise residential projects, with experience in Revit and teamwork. Key Highlights: 1. We seek Engineers and/or Architects with experience in BIM modeling and high-rise residential projects. Experience: 2 years in BIM modeling 1 year in BIM modeling for high-rise residential projects * High-rise/mixed-use residential modeling with Revit * Architecture * Structural engineering * MEP * Incident and clash reporting * Volume quantification from the model * On-site BIM implementation tracking Skills: * Analytical * Proactive * Assertive communication * Strong verbal communication skills * Teamwork Knowledge: * Autodesk Revit (intermediate/advanced) * Autodesk Construction Cloud (preferred) * Autodesk AutoCAD (intermediate) * Autodesk Navisworks Manage (preferred) * Unit price analysis and takeoff tools (preferred) * Microsoft Office suite (intermediate) * Microsoft Excel (intermediate) Offer: Salary Range: MXN 15,000 to 20,000 (depending on profile) Full statutory social security contributions Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * 30-day year-end bonus * Additional paid days off beyond statutory requirements * 50% cafeteria subsidy * Discount on apartment purchase based on tenure Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with a 1.5-hour break Work Location: Torre Bansí "24th Floor", Av.
