Safety Analyst for plant, responsible for implementing and monitoring Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) activities, incident investigation, and training.

LB PALLETS, a wooden packaging company, is seeking a SAFETY ANALYST for the GALERA plant.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Safety Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Risk Prevention / Industrial Safety and Hygiene Technician / Occupational Health / Environmental Management or related field.
* Professional degree and license.
* Gender: No preference.
* Age: 24 years and older.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years.
* Knowledge of implementation and monitoring of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) activities.
* Conducting safety walkthroughs and inspections in operational areas.
* Incident and accident investigation and documentation.
* Delivering inductions, training sessions, and emergency drills.
* Maintaining and updating SHE records and evidence.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 4:06 PM.
* Must have personal transportation.
* Must reside in Querétaro.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor compliance with legal requirements regarding Safety, Health, and Environment, verifying the update status and organization of applicable regulatory documentation (NOM-STPS and environmental legislation).
* Conduct safety walkthroughs in operational areas to identify unsafe conditions and acts, document findings, and ensure closure of corrective actions.
* Participate in incident and accident response and investigation, including root cause analysis and follow-up on corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.
* Deliver inductions and training on Safety, Health, and Environment topics to new hires, emergency response teams, contractors, and all employees.
* Support preparation and follow-up of internal and external audits, as well as official authority visits, by collecting required evidence and documentation.
* Participate in execution and evaluation of emergency drills, and follow up on identified observations.
* Verify proper handling of municipal solid waste, special handling waste, and hazardous waste according to current regulations.
* Prepare and update environmental reports, logs, manifests, indicators, and regulatory platforms.
* Periodically inspect emergency and safety equipment, document results, and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
* Design and implement awareness campaigns to strengthen preventive culture in safety, health, and environmental matters.
* Support the Human Capital department in payroll slip distribution, signature control, and document retention.
* Collaborate in organizing and executing occupational health campaigns, medical outreach events, internal activities, and team-building initiatives.
* Provide administrative support to Human Capital, including file management, documentation tracking, and basic staff assistance.
* Support logistics for courses, evaluations, and internal communications directed at staff.
Salary: $16,500.00 - $17,000.00 per month
