Technical Sales Advisor for Agrochemicals - Sales Agent / Agricultural Products Distributor

An agricultural company distributing products for horticulture is seeking to fill the position of **Sales Agent** for **Nuevo León.** Do you have \+3 years of experience in this role or similar, preferably in B2B sales within the agricultural sector? Do you have knowledge of horticulture, production processes, the work region, and significant availability to travel? Have you worked with any CRM system and are proficient in Microsoft Office suite? **Then this vacancy is for you!** The person selected will be responsible for generating and increasing sales of the company's products, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the company's growth. **Work location:** 80% in Nuevo León and Coahuila **Residence location:** preferably Nuevo León, Santiago, Ciudad de Allende, Montemorelos, Cadereyta, General Terán, or Apodaca **Experience / Requirements:** * Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agribusiness, Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacobiology, or related field; * \+3 years of experience in this or a similar role, preferably in B2B sales in the agricultural sector (mainly fertilizers, substrates, or irrigation equipment); * Knowledge of horticulture and production processes; familiarity with the work region and high availability to travel is desirable; * Experience using any CRM (to manage customer information, sales opportunities, and activity tracking) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (to prepare sales reports and strategic planning); * Follow-up, prospecting, and generation of new clients (from conducting commercial visits, follow-up calls, product presentations, to closing sales and meeting established targets); * Provide detailed information about the company’s products and offer personalized recommendations based on each client’s needs (resolving technical questions and issues); * Build strong, lasting relationships, find effective solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction; * Stay updated on the latest market trends and company products; * Submit formal requests for special negotiations, additional work materials, or any other needs related to job performance; * Empathy, verbal and written communication, negotiation skills, customer orientation, ability to build strong relationships, teamwork, proactivity, initiative, results-driven, adaptability, and critical thinking. **We Offer:** * Base salary according to experience plus 5% commission; * Statutory benefits; * Work tools: mobile phone, computer equipment, and company vehicle.
