A global leader in the development and engineering of electronic technologies and consumer solutions for residential, non-residential, mobility, and personal applications is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the following position: **IT Supervisor** **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics or related field. * 3 to 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure and technical support. * Experience with operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux. * Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP. * Intermediate-advanced English proficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the operation of the IT department (infrastructure, networks, support, and security). * Experience in network, server, and domain services administration. * Manage IT infrastructure and ensure necessary resources are available for the company. * Supervise proper execution of backups, updates, and contingency plans. * Control technology budgets and development of new suppliers. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance. * Monitor compliance with KPIs.
