We value your talent and effort **ZAPATA ///** **Company with 69 years of experience in the automotive market, certified by “Great Place to Work”.** **FORD ZONA ESMERALDA** **Seeking:** **SERVICE ADVISOR.** **Purpose:** Customer contact and registration of Work Orders across various portals to keep the customer informed, in accordance with departmental processes and policies. **Requirements:** **\-Age:** Over 23 years old. **\-Education:** Completed high school. **\-Location:** FORD ZONA ESMERALDA **\-Experience:** Two years in the service area. **\-Specific knowledge:** Service Advisor. **\-Driver’s license:** Valid and mandatory. **\-Willingness to travel:** Yes. **Skills / Competencies:** · Customer service; conflict resolution · Vehicle operation · Technical reporting (basic) · SAP proficiency · Basic mechanical knowledge · Adherence to and follow-up on processes **Main Responsibilities:** · Schedule and register appointments in the system (brand portal and SAP) · Receive vehicles arriving for service, including vehicle parking and completion of vehicle reception forms. · Register the vehicle and assign it a location. · Open work orders in the system and validate active campaigns on vehicles to add services or process warranty claims. · Dispatch the vehicle to the workshop and place it in the waiting yard for technician assignment. · Receive workshop estimates and send them to the customer for authorization; receive authorization and inform the workshop. · Request parts when applicable, notify the customer of expected arrival times and repair duration.
