Direct employment with the company At MAZ Soluciones, we are looking for an **HVAC Project Engineer!** If you have experience in designing and calculating air conditioning systems and handling chillers, this is your opportunity to join challenging projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform thermal and cooling load calculations * Select HVAC equipment (chillers, air handlers, ductwork, etc.) * Prepare technical reports and documentation * Provide technical support for projects and construction sites * Coordinate with installers and conduct technical supervision **Requirements** * Knowledge of thermodynamics, psychrometrics, and fluid dynamics * Proficiency in selecting and specifying HVAC equipment * Ability to analyze drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications **Software** * AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks (preferred) **Skills** * Technical analysis * Attention to detail * Organization and prioritization * Teamwork * Problem solving **We Offer** * Monthly salary of $21,000 to $23,000 MXN, tax-free, based on experience * Statutory benefits * Professional development * Direct employment with the company **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays: Remote work from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; only one monthly on-site shift Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $21,000.00 – $23,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Employee referral program * Company-provided mobile phone * Free uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
