Vacancy for a residence position in **COLIMA \- PER DIEM, CAMP FACILITIES, AND BIMONTHLY LEAVES (9 DAYS WITH FULL PAY)**
We are seeking: **"SUPERVISION RESIDENT \- Experience in terrestrial infrastructure projects preferred**
* **Education:** Civil Engineering (**Degree and professional license mandatory**).
* **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in office-based roles, cost estimation control, or cost engineering for **Terrestrial Infrastructure Projects** (highways, bridges, or road maintenance).
* **Technical Software:** Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in unit-price software (Opus or Neodata) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, financial formulas).
* **Regulatory Compliance:** Thorough knowledge of the Public Works and Related Services Law (LOPSRM) and its Regulations, as well as the SICT regulations governing file compilation.
* **Skills:** Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, numerical analysis capability, and tolerance for high-pressure work during month-end closings.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Review and validation of cost estimates**, quantity takeoffs, location sketches, and calculation memos submitted by field staff or contractors.
* **Compilation of supporting documentation for cost estimates** (photographic reports, GRES, laboratory test results, and logbook entries) to ensure zero audit findings.
* Analysis, review, and technical assessment of **unit prices for extraordinary items**, and analysis of cost adjustments (escalation clauses).
* Monitoring of financial progress and S-curves for the project, identifying deviations against the approved construction schedule.
* Data entry and control in the **Electronic Logbook (BEOP)** or the company’s internal control system.
* Preparation of monthly executive reports, white papers, and technical-financial files for project handover/reception.
