




Position Summary: CINIA is seeking a trainer for the automotive area, responsible for developing and implementing training programs, evaluating progress, and improving training strategies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Train personnel on automotive operations and electrical harnesses. 2. Develop training plans and participate in audits. 3. Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and identify improvements in training. CINIA, an inclusive company, seeks: Automotive Training Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree * Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar position * Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 (*) * Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards * Familiarity with ISO 14001 standards * Training expertise * Basic knowledge of personnel management * Conflict resolution skills Responsibilities: * Train personnel on operations specific to the automotive area (electrical harnesses) * Establish and implement planned training activities specific to the area * ILUO evaluations * Execute and apply established training procedures and methods * Use and manage necessary resources and equipment for conducting training sessions * Communicate training outcomes, including program effectiveness and additional needs * Participate in internal and external audits * Contribute to the development of training materials and resources aligned with personnel operational needs * Evaluate participants’ performance and progress in training programs and provide feedback * Identify and develop improvements in training strategies Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
