




Job Summary: Participate in a strategic virtual infrastructure migration project, ensuring operational continuity and proper system functionality. Key Highlights: 1. Support and incident resolution during and post-migration **Project: Hypervisor Migration.** **Objective** Participate in a virtual infrastructure migration project, transferring a set of virtual machines from **VMware** to another hypervisor defined by the organization, ensuring operational continuity, stability, and proper system functionality. **Responsibilities** * Analyze current VMware infrastructure (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter). * Plan and execute virtual machine migration to another hypervisor. * Convert and validate virtual machines (disks, networking, resources). * Perform post-migration testing to ensure proper functionality. * Coordinate maintenance windows and minimize downtime. * Document the migration process technically. * Provide support and resolve incidents during and after migration. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a VMware Consultant. * Solid expertise in: * VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter * Virtual machine and resource management * Experience in **virtual machine migration** from VMware to other hypervisors (Hyper-V, Proxmox, KVM, Nutanix AHV or others). * Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of networking and storage (VLANs, iSCSI, NFS). **Skills** * Problem analysis and resolution. * Effective communication with technical teams and clients. * Clear and structured documentation. * Ability to work under pressure and focus on results. **We Offer** * Participation in a strategic IT infrastructure project.
