**Your Role** Perform laboratory testing for new products and processes (NPD/NPI) during the third shift, following methods, test plans, and instructions defined by Engineering. This role exists to ensure proper execution, recording, and traceability of tests, enabling continuity of development and validation activities outside regular business hours—without assuming responsibility for method definition, advanced analysis, or technical decision-making. **Our Team** In Building 4, we manufacture new products for the Twinax area. We support the design center in Arkansas, developing the manufacturing process for cable, producing initial samples, and transitioning from prototype to volume production. **What You’ll Do** * Perform electrical, dimensional, mechanical, and environmental tests per test plans and procedures established by Engineering. * Prepare samples, equipment, and instruments required to conduct tests during the third shift. * Operate laboratory equipment following safety instructions and guidelines, reporting any abnormal operating conditions. * Record test results clearly, completely, and traceably in defined formats. * Identify out-of-specification results or atypical behaviors and escalate them promptly to the responsible engineer or senior technician. * Support NPI activities by performing tests required for releases and follow-ups defined by Engineering. * Maintain laboratory order, cleanliness, and basic control, ensuring proper handling of equipment and samples. * Assist in organizing test data and evidence for subsequent analysis by Engineering or senior technicians. * Ensure correct identification, handling, and safeguarding of samples during the shift. * Conduct a clear hand-off of completed tasks, results, and pending items to the day shift. **Who You Are (Basic Requirements)** * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Entry-level experience in laboratory, technical testing, or manufacturing environments. * Discipline to follow technical procedures. * Attention to detail and accountability in data handling. * Ability to communicate deviations and request support promptly. **What Would Give You an Advantage** * 1–2 years of experience performing electrical or product validation testing. * Exposure to cable or interconnect testing (preferred). * Basic knowledge of electrical measurement instruments. * Basic proficiency with Excel or data logging sheets. * Intermediate technical English.
