Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Floating Store Manager with a background in sales and team management to lead, optimize, and supervise branch operations in the telecommunications sector. LEADING TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY SEEKING: STORE MANAGER // Floating Main Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets for equipment, plans, and additional services (e.g., insurance, accessories, financing, etc.). Implement promotional and positioning strategies within the area of influence. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs): sales, activations, renewals, portability, churn, etc. Ensure compliance with administrative processes, audits, and company policies. Coordinate store opening, closing, and security. Foster a positive and high-performance work environment. Supervise implementation of customer satisfaction surveys and loyalty programs. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on results and projections. Analyze the local market and competition to propose improvements. Implement customer growth and expansion plans. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma. Experience: 3–5 years in branch management, preferably in telecommunications, retail, or financial services. Proven experience in sales, team leadership, and business unit administration. Knowledge: Telecommunications and mobile services. Sales and negotiation techniques. Inventory and cash management. Commercial and financial indicator analysis.
