At Soldimex, we seek a **Welding Technician** with experience in metal-mechanical work, especially in **large and heavy structures**, who ensures execution quality, process safety, and on-time delivery. The candidate must be proficient in various welding processes and accustomed to working under both workshop and field conditions. **Responsibilities** * Perform welding tasks on **large-scale metal-mechanical structures** * Execute welding in various positions, especially **vertical-up welding** * Apply **MIG and SMAW (E7018 and other electrodes)** welding processes * Interpret basic drawings and technical specifications * Prepare materials, tools, and equipment prior to each task * Comply with quality standards and safety regulations * Support cutting processes (oxy-fuel, plasma) and structural assembly * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area **Requirements** * Proven experience as a welder in metal-mechanical structures * Proficiency in **MIG and SMAW (E7018 mandatory)** welding * Experience in **vertical-up welding** * Knowledge of industrial tool handling * Ability to handle heavy materials * Availability to work in workshop and/or field Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 8:15 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. \+Bonuses Temporary position (3 months) Salary: $3,500\.00 \- $4,000\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
