Controls project budget and schedule Job Description: **Required Profile:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in supervision of Waterproofing Projects. * Knowledge of waterproofing and sealing material application. * **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise construction execution. * Coordinate personnel. * Understand the execution project plan, identify opportunities, and plan work execution. * Verify work quality. * Generate progress reports. * Develop and manage schedules. * Control budget. * Manage suppliers/contractors. * Customer service. * Basic knowledge of Industrial Safety.
