*This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for Ingenious Human Resources in San José Chiapa, Puebla** We are looking for Supervisors to join our team. **Position Objective:** Supervision, operation, and planning of first-level maintenance and corrective activities on equipment, systems, and general service facilities and infrastructure. **Responsibilities:** Prepare daily operation reports. Prepare necessary forms for operational execution. Supervise the process and review work orders from assigned personnel. Conduct facility walkthroughs. Organize and verify implementation of 5S in operational areas. Implement applicable standards in the area such as NOMs, NMX, STPS, etc. Evaluate job performance of assigned personnel. Monitor ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 50001, and Tisax management systems to meet objectives. Analyze problems and use detection tools such as 8D, Turtle Diagrams, FMEA, etc. Propose ideas for process improvements and optimizations. Operate according to established standards, integrating good operating practices considering Safety, Order, Cleanliness, and Quality. **Requirements:** * Mechanical, electrical, electronics, or related engineering degree. * 2 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of building equipment and general facilities. * Availability to rotate shifts weekly (mandatory). * Essential knowledge of electromechanical equipment. * Knowledge of STPS regulations. * Intermediate level in Office suite, SAP, AutoCAD. **We Offer:** * Monthly net salary of $16,000 to $18,000 + monthly bonus * Grocery vouchers * Statutory benefits (Christmas bonus, vacation, vacation premium, IMSS, Infonavit). * Transportation service (Grajales, Ciudad Modelo, San José Chiapa) * Stable employment * Initial training **Work Location:** San José Chiapa Work schedule: Weekly rotating shifts (1st shift 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, 2nd shift 7:00 pm - 7:00 am), 4 days work / 3 days off and 3 days work / 4 days off.
