Our commitment to **quality, innovation, and food safety** has positioned us as a leader in the industry, and we are seeking a results-driven **UHT Maintenance Supervisor** passionate about continuous improvement to join our team. ### **Job Requirements** * **Education:** Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical Engineering or related field. * **Experience:** Proven experience in maintenance of **Tetra Pak packaging lines**. * **Technical Skills:** * Electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. * Interpretation of electrical diagrams. * Execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. * **Competencies:** Leadership, effective communication, and management of technical personnel. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with the **Preventive Maintenance Program (PMP)**. * Guarantee the **operability and maintainability** of packaging and packing equipment. * Diagnose and repair **mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic** failures. * Supervise the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Request spare parts and supplementary materials to ensure operational continuity. ### **Compensation and Benefits** * **Competitive salary:** $20,000 to $25,000 monthly. * **Christmas bonus:** 15 days in the first year, increasing to 30 days from the second year onward. * **Meal subsidy.** * **Vacation bonus and vacation time according to law.** * **Bonuses for birthday, work anniversary, and perfect attendance (monthly and annual).** * **Uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE).** * **Savings fund.** ### **Join the Maulec family** If you are passionate about industrial maintenance and want to grow within a solid company committed to excellence and employee well-being, **This opportunity is for you!**
