Hospital Haltus is seeking: Maintenance Manager Requirements: Engineer or technician in maintenance, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or related field. Experience working in hospitals, hotels, or service companies. Technology background in the healthcare sector. Knowledge of: blueprint interpretation, basic electricity, hydrosanitary piping, pneumatics, mechanics, cleaning techniques, use of chemical products, construction and civil works, quality and environmental standards, problem-solving techniques, preventive and corrective maintenance, work at heights and in confined spaces, specialized cutting and welding, handling of chemical substances, air conditioning, water softeners, civil protection. Maintain facilities in good condition and fully operational. Respond immediately to any malfunctions occurring in the hospital. Execute the preventive maintenance program timely and properly. Implement energy-saving improvement projects. Carry out monitoring and control of the supply of basic services. Supervise and coordinate work performed by infrastructure suppliers. Comply with departmental documentation requirements. Complete logbooks and technical reports. Comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Comply with department-established procedures. Verify and ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste.
