Job Summary: The Maintenance and General Services Coordinator is responsible for maintenance and repair activities, supervision of cleaning and security, and construction or renovation areas to ensure optimal facility conditions. Assist in personnel supervision The Maintenance and General Services Coordinator is responsible for conducting maintenance and repair activities for movable and immovable assets, supporting the organization and supervision of facility cleaning and security, as well as construction or renovation areas, in order to meet user requirements and ensure optimal conditions of the Cambridge Corporate facilities. Age: 25 years and older Education: Architect or Engineer Desirable experience in construction, electricity, plumbing, gardening, and painting, minimum 2 years. ***Organizational Requirements*** Experience in general building, residential, and/or real estate maintenance. Experience in electricity. Experience in plumbing. Experience in construction and masonry. Valid driver’s license (must be able to drive both automatic and standard vehicles). Flexible working hours. **General Functions** * Implement current procedures required by the Corporation. * Prepare maintenance and repair budgets for facilities together with suppliers. * Coordinate the development and implementation of the Corporation’s maintenance programs. * Supervise the proper execution of cleaning checklists for all areas and update them according to emerging needs. * Supervise construction or renovation areas within the Corporation’s facilities. * Perform furniture and equipment repairs according to requests submitted by various departments and in accordance with the Maintenance and General Services schedule. * Assist in supervising personnel under their responsibility at both institutions during morning and afternoon shifts. * Coordinate facility defects with maintenance teams at Club Cambridge and/or Preparatory Campus.
