Requirements: \- Degree or certification in Gastronomy or Culinary Arts. \- Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience; Japanese cuisine experience preferred. \- Knowledge of Japanese culinary techniques. \- Ability to manage inventory and control costs. \- Leadership and supervision capability.
