DUE TO GROWTH, WE ARE SEEKING INDUSTRIAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN Responsibilities: Verify compliance with safety regulations (applicable NOM-STPS). Coordinate and conduct daily safety talks (5 minutes). Supervise proper use of PPE. Prepare daily safety reports and track findings. Participate in emergency drills and response teams. Control access to confined spaces and work-at-height activities. Identify unsafe acts and conditions and implement corrective actions. Support the preparation of client safety documentation folders. Requirements: Minimum education: Technical degree in Safety and Hygiene, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a safety officer on construction sites (preferred). Knowledge of STPS regulations and NOM compliance. Valid certifications in: Confined spaces Work at height Fire extinguisher use First aid Hazardous waste handling (preferred) Proficiency in safety formats (AST, work permits, risk analysis).
