Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage occupational safety and health in an aluminum parts manufacturing company, implementing programs and regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive occupational safety and health management 2. Development and implementation of training and surveillance programs 3. Responsibilities: \- Occupational Safety and Health Management System \- Familiarity with digital platforms: STPS and PROFEPA \- Knowledge of applicable industry standards \- Develop and implement the annual training program for promotion and prevention, including major hazards. \- Develop and implement Epidemiological Surveillance Programs aligned with company-specific risks. \- Report to senior management any situations that may affect the occupational safety and health of employees, contractors, and visitors. \- Request management to conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations for employees. \- Establish and update occupational safety and health policies required for suppliers and contractors, and obtain management approval. \- Establish, review, and update the company's risk matrix and legal compliance requirements matrix. \- Conduct inspections of facilities, machinery, and equipment. \- Medical condition follow-up \- Strategic skills \- Personnel management Competencies: · Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations. · Knowledge of ISO 9001 (9's) · Creative · Professional appearance · Results-oriented · Openness to suggestions (positive attitude) · Proactive · Organized · Teamwork · Commitment · Responsibility · Punctuality Work Schedule: Hybrid (Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 08:00–14:00 hrs) Experience: Minimum 1 year.
