Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage occupational safety and health in a metal-mechanical company, with a focus on prevention, surveillance programs, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages occupational safety and health management systems 2. Develops training and epidemiological surveillance programs 3. Participates in the development and updating of safety policies Company dedicated to manufacturing aluminum parts. Metal\-Mechanical. Responsibilities: \- Occupational Safety and Health Management System \- Familiarity with digital platforms: STPS and PROFEPA \- Knowledge of applicable industry standards \- Design and implement the annual training program for promotion and prevention, including major risks. \- Design and implement Epidemiological Surveillance Programs aligned with company-specific risks. \- Report to senior management any situations that may affect the occupational safety and health of employees, contractors, and visitors. \- Request management to conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations for workers. \- Develop and update occupational safety and health policies required for suppliers and contractors, and obtain management approval. \- Develop, review, and update the company's risk matrix and legal requirements matrix. \- Conduct inspections of facilities, machinery, and equipment. \- Medical case follow-up \- Strategic skills \- Personnel management Competencies: · Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations. · Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001) · Creative · Professional appearance · Results-oriented · Open to suggestions (positive attitude) · Proactive · Organized · Teamwork · Commitment · Responsibility · Punctuality Work Schedule: Hybrid (Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 08:00–14:00 hrs) Experience: Minimum 1 year.
