Quirort, an expert company in its field, is looking for an: Asset Security Specialist. **Position Objective** Ensure the protection of the company’s assets, facilities, personnel, and information through the implementation, supervision, and improvement of asset security strategies, minimizing risks and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. **Requirements** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Security, Criminology, Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in asset security within manufacturing, logistics, or corporate sectors. * Experience managing security personnel. **Knowledge:** * Security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms). * Risk analysis and loss prevention. * Security protocols and emergency response. * Security audits. * Applicable security regulations (C\-TPAT, ISO 28000, etc. preferred). **Main Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and monitor asset security strategies. * Conduct risk and vulnerability analyses of facilities and operations. * Supervise access controls, CCTV, alarm systems, and other security systems. * Coordinate and supervise security personnel (internal or external). * Investigate incidents (thefts, losses, anomalies) and prepare reports. * Implement prevention and emergency response protocols. * Control access for employees, suppliers, and visitors. * Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. * Coordinate internal and external security audits. * Train staff on security and prevention topics. * Monitor security indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements. **The company offers:** * Base salary * Statutory benefits Salary: Starting from $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
