Job Description First impressions are everything! As a Front Desk Agent, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. * **Greet and check in guests** Welcome guests when they arrive, confirm their reservation, register their information, and issue room keys. * **Manage reservations and bookings** Check the reservation system, make new bookings, modify or cancel reservations, and keep the booking list up\-to\-date. * **Answer phones and respond to inquiries** Attend incoming calls and messages, answer questions about the hotel, services, availability, and local information. * **Provide information and assistance to guests** Give guests details about hotel amenities, meal times, services, local attractions, transportation, etc. * **Handle check\-out and payment** Process guest check\-outs, settle bills, and record payments accurately.
