Lead large teams in a dynamic environment, guaranteeing compliance with procedures, service standards, and proper execution of opening, operation, and closing. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise floor service throughout operations * Coordinate and lead work teams (30\+ people) * Verify adherence to schedules (buffet opening/closing) * Ensure service standards, timing, and quality * Validate cash counts and food & beverage register closures * Supervise proper uniform usage and operational discipline * Manage incidents and make real-time decisions * Follow up on operational processes and reports **Essential Requirements:** * Age: 25 to 35 years old * Education: High school diploma (incomplete or completed) * Availability to rotate shifts (nights, weekends, and holidays) * Availability for 100% operational work (on the floor) **Experience (MANDATORY):** 2–3 years as Waiter Captain, Supervisor, or Food & Beverage Manager, managing teams of 30 or more people, and experience in high-volume restaurants or hotels. **Technical Knowledge:** * Food and beverage operations (service, timing, standards) * Basic Excel proficiency (reporting, lists) * Email composition and sending * Understanding of operational processes **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Gym discounts. * Punctuality bonus. * Internal incentives aligned with performance. * Free cafeteria service.
