**Join our Team** ----------------- **About this opportunity** Become part of our assembly line as an Operator. You will be responsible for following the production plan defined by the supervisor, ensuring quality standards and hourly production targets, controlling materials at the station, and communicating with the production leader when necessary to refill containers before materials are completely consumed, preventing production line stoppages due to lack of materials, consumables, PPE, tools, or fixtures. **Your responsibilities** * Meet production rate requirements. * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Request materials from the material handler or production leader before stopping operations if needed. * Assemble plastic components, metal components, PCBs, apply torques, and manage label control. * Clean components and maintain workstation cleanliness. * Bonus if you have soldering skills. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (can be incomplete). * Knowledge of assembly processes. * Experience in manufacturing and/or product transformation industries. * Teamwork. * Proactiveness. * Responsibility and discipline. * Bonus if you have soldering skills. **What happens once you apply?** Click Here to find all you need to know about what our typical hiring process looks like.
