We are currently seeking a **Finance Manager** responsible for leading and overseeing the finance department, ensuring efficient control of revenues, expenditures, and payments, as well as the accurate execution of transfers, payroll, and procurement—guaranteeing compliance with timelines, priorities, and internal company policies. Team under supervision Team of 5 people (payments and transfers unit). Key responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the team responsible for payments, bank transfers, and payroll. * Authorize and control transfers for payments to suppliers, customers, and service providers. * Maintain control over revenues and expenditures. * Supervise procurement activities involving monetary values and ensure their proper application and recording. * Establish payment priorities based on liquidity and business needs. * Monitor and control team activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines. * Maintain consistent and clear communication with executives and clients. * Resolve incidents related to payments and financial transactions. * Ensure order, control, and traceability of financial operations.
