BRANCH MANAGERS Responsibilities Customer service orientation, teamwork, goal-oriented work, desire for short-term growth Personnel administration and management Propose and implement strategies to achieve the established sales target Efficient management of petty cash (expense authorization, system entry, and replenishment requests) based on assigned budgets. Charge, record, and invoice services rendered. Perform daily cash closing, cash reconciliation, and cash deposits. Ensure staff compliance with processes, procedures, rules, and policies established by the franchise for daily operations. Deposit daily income and validate income at banks Record and invoice income and expenses in administrative system Monitor staff turnover rate Identify training needs of supervised staff. Train staff on point-of-sale operation and franchise operations. Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, with a 2-hour lunch break Sunday work hours: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Midweek day off; negotiable if a weekend day is required with prior notice Work location: Av.
