This internship opportunity at our Tlaxcala plant is for you — we will provide the necessary knowledge to learn and challenging tasks to grow. You will gain early professional experience in Industrial and Process Engineering, offering you the chance to advance your career, develop skills, and deliver immediate impact. **Your responsibilities:** * Monitor processes on the production line. * Generate work instructions. * Design processes. * Perform necessary adjustments on production lines. * Analyze current strategies and continuously improve production processes. * Optimize workflow to increase productivity and profitability. **What we’re looking for:** * Student of Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering. (Must be in final years of study) * Basic knowledge of production lines. * Foundational knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Communication across different levels. * Knowledge of supply chain design, optimization, and maintenance. * Process optimization in manufacturing. * Availability to attend the plant for 4 hours daily. **Why join Ericsson?**At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
