This role serves as a strategic hiring partner, ensuring the right talent is identified, assessed, and placed at the right time. The Senior Recruiter builds proactive talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring needs and future workforce plans. Primary accountability includes sourcing, pre\-screening, interviewing, and managing full\-cycle recruitment for all business groups, including our international operations, while ensuring all hiring activities comply with established processes, policies, and service level agreements (SLAs). Success in this role requires strong partnership with hiring managers and cross\-functional leaders, creativity in sourcing hard\-to\-fill roles, and a continuous focus on improving recruiting efficiency and candidate experience. **Job Responsibilities:** **Full\-Cycle Recruitment** · Own end\-to\-end recruitment for all business group(s), including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, negotiation, onboarding coordination, and administrative close\-out. · Ensure positions are filled in accordance with SLAs, internal policies, and applicable employment laws. · Maintain accurate documentation and disposition candidates appropriately in the ATS. **Talent Sourcing \& Pipeline Development** · Develop and execute sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates, including hard\-to\-fill roles. · Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs. · Mine resume databases and leverage multiple sourcing channels and recruiting tools. · Create and maintain industry relationships to support long\-term talent pipelines. **Hiring Manager \& Business Partnership** · Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted recruiting strategies. · Lead the creation of customized recruiting and interview plans for each open position. · Provide regular updates and follow\-ups with managers on recruiting progress, challenges, and effectiveness. · Communicate regularly with leaders and employees to build rapport, understand workforce needs, and identify candidate leads. **Employer Branding \& Talent Marketing** · Execute job postings and talent marketing campaigns on appropriate platforms. · Support employer branding initiatives and partner with Public Relations to position the company as an “Employer of Choice.” · Participate in offsite recruiting events and career fairs, as needed. **Continuous Improvement** · Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and efficiencies. · Bring innovative ideas and market insights to strengthen talent acquisition outcomes. **Minimum Qualifications, Skills, Education and Experience:** · High School Diploma or GED required · 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR function · Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools · Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook · Familiarity with virtual interview platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom) · Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast\-paced environment · Strong business acumen with a customer\-focused mindset · Knowledge of relevant employment laws and compliance requirements · Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision · Professional, organized, and detail\-oriented · Willingness to travel up to 25% for recruiting events · Demonstrated commitment to workplace diversity and inclusion · Project management experience or capability **Preferred Qualifications and Skills:** · Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field · Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification · Aviation or aerospace industry experience · Proven success in candidate sourcing and relationship building · Experience in high\-volume, fast\-paced corporate recruiting environments · Experience supporting enterprise\-wide recruiting initiatives · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively, and operate with urgency · Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities · High\-energy, collaborative, and service\-oriented approach **Supervisory Responsibilities:** This role has no direct reports. However, the Senior Recruiter is expected to act as a leader within the organization and may support the training and development of other team members. **Language Skills:** The employee must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be proficient in both English and Spanish, and be able to clearly present information and respond effectively to questions from managers, applicants, and the general public. The role also requires the ability to prepare well\-written reports and professional business correspondence. **Physical Activities and Requirements of the Position:** Sedentary work; sitting most of the time.
