The Public Affairs team at Flix Mexico drives institutional positioning, regulatory strategy, and strategic partnerships to enable sustainable expansion in a complex and highly regulated environment. This role plays a critical function in connecting government engagement with business ecosystem alliances, ensuring both regulatory access and strategic positioning across key markets. **About the Role** * Lead and execute Flix’s Public Affairs strategy in Mexico, aligning institutional engagement with business priorities. * Develop and manage relationships with federal, state, and municipal authorities to support expansion and regulatory positioning. * Build and strengthen partnerships with strategic ecosystem players. * Drive policy advocacy efforts and participate in regulatory processes impacting the mobility and infrastructure sector. * Identify and activate strategic opportunities that enhance market access, positioning, and partnerships. * Monitor political and regulatory developments, proactively managing risks and defining mitigation strategies. **About You** * Bachelor’s degree required (Law, Public Policy, International Relations, Economics or related field); Master’s degree is a plus * 4\+ years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, or policy advocacy, preferably in regulated industries (transport, infrastructure, energy) * Strong understanding of Mexico’s regulatory and political landscape, with proven experience engaging public sector stakeholders * Demonstrated experience working with business chambers or industry associations * Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills at senior levels * Strong strategic thinking, judgment, and ability to operate in high\-ambiguity environments * Professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
