




**Main Responsibilities** * Develop and implement the marketing plan * Analyze the market, competition, and consumer trends. * Manage the marketing budget and evaluate the ROI of each action. * Design customer positioning and retention strategies. * Coordinate events, promotions, and strategic partnerships. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and present reports to management. * Ensure brand identity consistency across all channels. * Create, plan, and publish content on social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). * Respond to messages and comments, and maintain active community engagement. * Develop organic growth strategies and campaigns. * Supervise digital advertising campaigns. * Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and generate reports. * Identify digital trends and content opportunities. * Maintain the brand's digital reputation. * Coordinate photo/video shoots and manage visual materials. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience managing social media for companies or brands. * Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Canva, Creator Studio, and analytics tools. * Excellent spelling, writing, and creativity. * Basic knowledge of paid campaigns and digital audience targeting. * Desirable: basic skills in photography and video editing **Key Competencies** * Creativity and innovation. * Effective communication. * Proactivity and adaptability. * Results orientation. * Empathy with the digital community.
