Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage raw material inventory control and warehouse operations, ensuring effective coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Raw material warehouse experience and inventory control 2. ERP system (Odoo) operation and documentation management 3. Coordination with procurement, quality, and production teams **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing degree in Logistics, Administration, or Engineering * Experience in raw material warehousing * Inventory and ERP system experience (Odoo preferred) * Knowledge of good storage practices **Responsibilities:** * Receiving, organizing, and picking materials * Inventory control (receipts, issuances, cycle counts) * Operating the **Odoo** system and managing documentation (purchase orders, invoices, delivery notes) * Labeling, batch tracking, and expiry date management (FIFO) * Order preparation and reporting * Coordination with procurement, quality, and production **We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM * $12,500\.00 * Statutory benefits * Col.
