




We are seeking a proactive and experienced Industrial Safety Supervisor to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental protection standards across all our HVAC system maintenance operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for training personnel, auditing procedures, and ensuring a safe working environment, with availability to work overtime to address inspections or emergencies. Key Responsibilities Supervision and Auditing: Monitor compliance with safety regulations (STPS, Mexican Official Standards) in workshops and service sites. Management of Specific Risks: Ensure proper implementation of work permits and high-risk procedures specific to the business scope (HVAC Maintenance). Training: Deliver and coordinate mandatory operational safety training (e.g., LOTO, Working at Heights, Electrical Work, etc.). Documentation: Manage work permits, develop risk analyses (AST/ATS), investigate incidents and accidents, and maintain up-to-date safety records. Emergency Response: Coordinate emergency response efforts and participate in emergency brigades. Requirements and Skills Professional Education: Degree or certification in Industrial Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field. Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in safety supervision, preferably within industrial maintenance, HVAC, or construction sectors. Proficiency in Critical Procedures (Mandatory): Design and implementation of LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) protocols. Management of Working-at-Heights programs and harness use. Supervision of electrical work and electrical risk analysis. Issuance and auditing of Hot Work Permits. Experience managing lifting and safe maneuvering programs. Confined Space Safety Control. Knowledge of chemical handling (including Safety Data Sheets – SDS) and waste control. Basic knowledge of First Aid and emergency brigade coordination. Leadership: Ability to lead teams, make critical decisions, and effectively communicate safety policies. Availability: Willingness to work overtime to cover plant shutdowns, audits, or emergencies, ensuring safe continuity of operations. No issues with relocation to the worksite. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Note: Willingness to work overtime is a fundamental requirement. Compensation and Benefits Competitive Salary.
