Experience in manufacturing companies, particularly in the production of trailers and semi-trailers, is desirable. Knowledge of material costing, labor costing, and overhead allocation. Technical knowledge: Cost accounting; standard costing and actual costing. Age: 27 years or older. Functions and activities * Core responsibilities: Analyze production, operational, and administrative costs; determine unit costs for products or services; identify variances between actual and budgeted costs; prepare cost and profitability reports; monitor consumption of raw materials, labor, and overhead; assist in budget preparation; propose cost reduction and optimization strategies; track financial and operational KPIs. Additional (desirable) requirements: Knowledge of production processes; experience in budgetary control; familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies; Power BI proficiency (desirable); Basic/intermediate English * Numerical analysis; attention to detail; critical thinking; organization and control; analytical ability; problem-solving; planning; teamwork; effective communication. * Tracking of cost-related KPIs; ability to detect deviations and propose improvements.
